RETURN POLICIES

If you wish to return a product, please call or email us. Samtosa Skincare abides by the policy of each manufacturer it sells, meaning, if the company you are purchasing does not accept returns, then Samtosa Skincare does not accept the return. Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase only. Products must be returned unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund. Shipping on any return is at consumer cost. All returns and refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Samtosa Skincare will not issue refund or credit or exchange until product is received and reviewed. Products that are returned and unopened and in re-sellable condition after 15 days may be returned for credit or exchange only. Samtosa Skincare does not accept any returns after a period of 30 days. Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received it. Please call to if you need to return a product.


302 Skincare Company will replace or refund at its discretion any product defect. Products so claimed may be returned with contents remaining.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations are needed for all services. We ask that all appointments be secured with a valid credit card to hold and guarantee your reservation. To avoid being charged a $25 late cancellation fee, please call at least 24-hours in advance to cancel a reservation. Missed appointments will be charged for the total cost of the service. Missed gift certificate appointments will void the gift certificate.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open by appointment only. Treatments are available by appointment Tuesday through Saturday.

SPA ETIQUETTE

We hold a space of tranquility and serenity; Therefore, we request that you please speak softly and turn off all cell phones when entering the spa as others, like you, are relaxing.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are a reflection of your satisfaction with your service. While gratuities are not required, they are always accepted with gratitude. Customarily clients "tip" as they would in a restaurant, with a 15% to 18% gratuity reflecting good service.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SERVICES

We do not offer facial waxing for Retin-A, Accutane, or Renova users.
After receiving a waxing service, refrain from direct sun, steam and hot tubs for a full 24 hours. Also avoid tight clothing and excessive exercise for 24 hours following your waxing service.
We ask that all men receiving a facial treatment shave prior to their appointment.
